I've recently come into possession of a recently dumped second hand 15 gal gin barrel from one of the local breweries, and like all of my homebrew (mostly intentionally) is earmarked for sourness and some funk. I am however looking for some ECY01 or ECY20 to give it a head start, and I find myself all out. If anyone happens to have some slurry or a bottle or two that they are willing to spare it would help out immensely. I can trade back beer (commercial or homebrew) or $ if someone has some to spare
Good luck with your barrel project... They just put the yeast up for sale not long before you asked the question... Glad you were able to get some, that stuff is incredible
It really is, I've brewed with the saison blend and some of the single strain bretts and they've come out amazing
