Agreed, that would be helpful. Maybe the OP should have the ability to lock/close the thread once its done as well. Not everyone would do it, but it would be of some benefit if some people did.

 

Moderators is a great idea. Though I think a mix of a couple long time active traders and a couple active BAs who don't trade would be a good idea. (Non-traders might have a little clearer view of what constitutes good information, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to find someone like that.)

Also, when it was mentioned previously that it's good to have replies talking up a great trader, wouldn't it be useful if previous traders just liked the post? It would take some work to get everyone the same page, since some people would want to use the icon for other purpose, but if you really wanted to go out of your way to say this guy is a great trader, it seems as though liking a post would be good shorthand.
