    I honestly have no idea what a bottle of unopened Mimosa trades for on the current market.

    Any input would be appreciated.

    From my understanding, the limited reserves of properly cellared bottles of Mimosa that remain at Hill Farmstead are no longer available for public consumption. Allegedly, Shaun refuses to serve them due to their diminished quality.

    There are maybe 5 bottles of this beer, if that, left in the wild and I would bet that those holding on to this value the bottle a million times more than it should command at this point in the beer’s life. Stuff like this, Anne w/Yellow Raspberries, Flora Cuvee, just don’t trade ever unless it’s with the other 3 or 4 other beers in existence on that level of rarity/trading. And at this point, the value worth waaaaay more than how the beer tastes at this point.

    OP could offer Side Project’s MJK and OWK together and it wouldn’t close.

    It was great when first released but Mimosa was terrible 5 years ago when I had w Juicy and B1 Ann. Would be like trading for Feestbier just to get the tick

    I decided to Randall a Juicy (2016) with wet cardboard to make my own version of Mimosa.

    I'm closing this thread down. Thanks for the input, everyone!
