    Hey all,

I'm building a jockey box and was wondering if anyone in the Boston area has a hole saw I could borrow for drilling out the shank holes. Any help would be most appreciated.

    Cheers,
    -Adam

If you strike out, you can probably buy one super-cheap from one of the Harbor Freight stores. You could also see if you could check with these guys.

Let me see if I still have the one I used to drill shank holes in my fridge door.
I'll get back to you this evening or tomorrow.

I should have what you need. What diameter hole do you need?

Thanks guys. Looking for something in the 3/4"-1" range. Anything over 1" probably won't give me a tight enough fit.

If you have a drill, you should be able to get a cheap 1" hole saw for dirt cheap. Lennox at Lowes for under $10

Yeah, I figured as much, but also figured there'd be a number of people who bought a saw once to punch holes for shanks and then never used it again, so I'm looking to help someone amortize the value of the saw (and maybe hook them up with some homebrew while I'm at it )
