Weren't saying they were bad, was just very underwhelmed by everything I've had from them, except for their hefe which I found to be very good. Like I said just my taste buds opinion, still buy them on tap occasionally and will go back to the brewery, for a third time, eventually. There's some breweries in Denver I've really wanted to try and haven't made it there, so I'm giving them plenty of a chance.

What's up with that? I haven't had a pint in a bit, but wherever it's found on tap it's beer that was brewed and kegged at Prost, still, right?

Or is some of the draft beer now coming from the other place?

Also--is it just a matter of what's left from the production run, and they might seek another solution when what's out there is all gone?

The tap versions all came from Prost. The bottles (a different beer) all came from Hall. Not 100% about this but I think neither one is being brewed right this instant. The Tivoli taps around town are apparently what's left of Prost's last batch. Not sure what became of the bottle recall, though.

Trumer Pils is really good as well, at least on tap. I've never had it in the bottle.

Given that you lean towards the pale, Great Divide IPL and New Belgium Shift are both pale lagers and local. Besides pales it would help for suggestions on what specific styles of lager you like and dislike, since some people can even argue that Baltic Porters can be considered lagers. I'm assuming Marzen, Pale Lagers, Dunkel, Helles and Pils are the ones you're referring to, and if so then Great Divide and Prost should pretty much be staples. I have heard good things about Grimm Brothers Brewing in Fort Collins but that may be growler only stuff.

Grimm Bros are in Longmont (eh. close enough) and they bottle many beers. We have a good lineup on the shelves right now, and I actually really like their Gratzer, but it's an ale

Oh had no clue they bottle. Just heard from people that its good stuff, figured they were small so minimal if any bottling

Their bottles are all over the place now. Quite a few varieties too.

Hello Beer Advocate community. We would like to jump in here and give everybody a clear picture of what is happening with Tivoli-
    1. Tivoli Helles lager is currently brewed at Prost and only at Prost. We have recently upped our production and are excited about getting it out there to more accounts. Prost has been a wonderful partner so far and we are excited about the future with them. Draft only for the foreseeable future.
    2. Sigi's Wild Horse Buck Beer- same as above!
    3. The Tivoli bottles that were produced were recalled from shelves almost immediately after delivery. They will not be produced at that facility again. There are no current plans to bottle Tivoli at Prost or elsewhere.

Thank you all very much for your support! Todd, welcome to Denver, hope you have had a chance to enjoy a Tivoli.

Nice. More Tivoli Helles from Prost is a good thing, bottles or not. That's probably the closest thing we get to a real Munich beer in the whole country.
