Rye Black Gold CW Double Barrel Thundertaker I Let My Tape Rock PB DSFB Quy BA Everett Old Ben Benthic DB Catch Hell Very Sour Blackberry FT: Fresh Monkish. Will be heading down to LA this coming week, so can get whatever is available.
Forgive me for not being up-to-date with Monkish releases but have they released a Belgian style beer recently? Would like to try their take on the style. I got an assortment of stouts from several breweries I can offer in return
@Hopelessly0 Thanks! I'd mainly be looking for ones without alot of adjuncts similar to Feminist, Anomaly, or Shadowboxing. Are any of these flagship beers?
The do some great Saisons and luckily they don't sale out all that fast. The last one was: STONES STACK Saison aged in French oak barrels for 9 months and conditioned on Masumoto Family Farm peaches and nectarines, and Blenheim apricots. Refermented and conditioned in cork and caged 750ml champagne bottles for an additional 18 months. Lively and lovely! 6.0% ABV I haven't cracked mine yet, but they are usually really good and if it was like anything like the previous one with apricots it's very fruity and fresh.
Thanks for the note. Are these beers really "funky"? Do you know what I am referring to? Not full on vinegar like but somewhere in between, LOL!
