Vinnie says the intense amount of dry-hopping we do on Younger tends to remove some of the bitterness created by the kettle hops. Weighing in at 10.25%, this year's Younger is deceptively smooth, bright and balanced. And tasting great! Just a reminder that this round of Younger is solely for draft distribution. Our in-person release is March 24th-April 6th. So don't show up here this Friday as we will all be sleeping in! Local and California distribution begins Thursday with out of state shipping next week.     We are officially moving our annual Pliny the Younger Release a new Spring date! This year, Pliny the Younger will be available on tap and in bottles at both our Santa Rosa and Windsor pubs March 24th-April 6th, 2023.
