    Getting off topic here: what does Casey typically charge for the Preserves series? I saw Tavour charging $38 for the Balaton which seemed steep.

    $30-$32 typically, depending on the fruit. I think the Balaton was $30, but could be wrong - it was a larger batch so they could get some to wholesalers and Tavour.
