Also the whole selling stuff from out of their distribution area.

Noticed the change in today's email. I was a bit concerned with the mix up in my very first order but they did a good job getting it fixed. I enjoy their offers and the ability to get some beer that is out of AZ distro without the hassle. My next order is adroit theory blvk mass, prairie bomb and grand teton black cauldron. None of those I would be able to buy here or get my hands on this hassle free. Imo that justifies spending a buck or two more per bottle

Didn't @Philip-Tavour just address this and mention they made a change in policy because of this concern?

Ah! I drafted my comment before that was posted, then didn't get a chance to post until later and didn't bother to read any new comments.

I'm still not sure why it was in the PP in the first place, but the important thing is that it's been removed. That's excellent responsiveness by Tavour. Well done.

Tavour just had KDS for the person skeptical about them having it. I was apparently late in ordering even though I sent email 37 mins after getting the notification (3 bottle limit). Crossing my fingers they get more...

SO... I ordered my shipment to go out on the 19th and it arrived on the 16th!!! Somehow it arrived at my office before it was even supposed to ship. Talk about quick service!

All of my beers were properly dated and the older beers I purchased and put on hold didn't taste off, so I believe they were stored in a cooler.

Overall, I am quite happy with Tavour and have my second round rolling. I love the ability to get all of those NW brews I left behind when I moved to Denver. There is a markup associated with it, but still cheaper than trading.

Hey guys I made an order off tavour the other day and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. All their Facebook reviews are positive but I was just wanting to see what input you all had.

I've been signed up with them since last spring when they first started operating in my state. So far I've only done 3 boxes and haven't had any issues. When I've missed a bottle in the app I've been able to email and still have it added to my order. When I wanted to cancel a bottle the customer service was polite and prompt. They deliver to my workplace using a regional courier called Spee-Dee (not sure if the same applies to you). Sure there is a markup on prices, but the out of distro access is the main appeal for me.

I usually don't start a new box until a big "must have" pops up on the app, but then once the order is started I'm more willing to also buy random things to get the most out of my shipping fee. If I had one gripe it would be the line up of beers they offer seems like it's feast or famine. By this I mean I'm either racking up a huge bill filling a box with sours & big BA beers or I'm not interested in anything they have. It's been a good month since I've seen anything I wanted offered up, but there's been a few good finds here and there. My best Tavour scores have probably been Abyss, Abyss Scotch, Ale Apothecary sours, Green Flash Cellar 3, Copper Kettle Snowed In, Lake Effect Buffalo Trace BA Imperial Stout, W00tstout, BA Yeti, Taxman BA stuff and Modern Times stuff. Some of the PNW hops that come up are also really good, but I don't get them unless my ship date is soon. They also sell Toppling Goliath if you don't have distro or trade access to them.

Overall I've been happy every time I've used the service, but be careful because I've found the risk of impulse buys is dangerously high! You don't still have your $10 off referral code by chance do you?

I haven't had a problem with them. Watch the IPAs though. Sometimes they post the bottle date in the post, in which case I will order them. Otherwise it's a bit of a gamble. For instance my last order, which I received today coincidentally, had an IPA bottled 1/18/17, which IMO isn't ideal, but within reason, I suppose. I also wait until something I really want comes up, then I'll start building a box. If you're looking for whalez you won't find them with tavour, but they get a lot of really good beers, including a ton of PNW stuff I'd never get to try otherwise, including Logsdon, I alwasy try to pick those up when I see them, I love their beers. For the flat rate shipping, you might as well fill a box (13 spaces) each bottle takes one slot, you can get two cans in a slot. And I agree, the cost really adds up fast if you're not careful. lol

Travour still requires you to sign up before you can view their offerings. No thanks, again.

    Like the link
Like the referral link they give you when you sign up? I got that still. I got 5 beers coming on this order today, got fruit beer, a chocolate porter and a witbier. I'm new to the whole craft beer scene so I've been trying to get a taste of everything I can. My next order that'll be here next week has mostly ipas and some stouts. They had this tripel that was highly rated on her so I got that to try. The price added up quick but gotta have some fun with your tax returns

That's because there is no official list of beers that they provide. They post a couple new beers each day, and typically those are gone quite fast. You never know what you'll find. And yes, you do have to sign up to access their "beer feed." Doesn't seem like such a big deal to me? It's not like you have to commit to purchase, you don't even have to provide CC info or personal info until you decide to purchase. If you really wanna see what they're posting just create a fake gmail or yahoo account and sign in with that lol.

Are you sure they operate in your state? I see your profile here says you are located in PA and a quick glance at their shipping page doesn't list your state. They are expanding only as allowed by law in each state. Utah for example will never be able to have Tavour service under current law (and I know you Pennsylvanians are also famous for your archaic alcohol laws).

I just signed up for shits and giggles and literally there is no beer to choose from. (unless there's a button that I don't know about)

Weekdays at exactly 10am & 4pm CST (plus noon on weekends) I receive a notification through the app and an email with their latest offering. Upon opening the app I can also go back and look at previous offers from the last few days along with extra offers that are silently added and taken down as they sell out. I occasionally will also get bundle package offers with shipping included at random times.

I have no idea what is going wrong with you guys, but I've had zero problems aside from my pet peave of the app needing to be force closed when I'm done with it.

I just signed up today fully expecting to not be able to because of PA laws. I was surprised when I was allowed to create an account after selecting PA as my state, but I received an email shortly afterward stating that they do not currently ship to PA. Hopefully that will change as our alcohol laws continue to come into the modern age.
