I just got my latest shipments with some damaged bottles and a missing bottle and can't get in touch with them to get the issue rectified. This is not the first time that this has happened. Have sent emails, left voicemail's, etc. No bueno.

Hopefully you got the pleasant surprise of emails starting last week, too... looks like they are now shipping to PA. Lots of interesting offerings over the last week... from Holy Mountain to Alewerks. Looking forward to my first order!

What do they usually charge for shipping? Is it pretty high?

On the website it says "never more than $14.90 in shipping regardless of how much you buy".

I signed up and get the emails, have never purchased yet, as I haven't seen anything I would want in the last 6 months or so of emails.

I've never had any issues with Tavour. In my experience, they've been great. It's been a good way to try new beers that don't normally get distributed to southern California.

They tend to overcharge for things in my opinion.

    That sounds inconvenient as hell.

It's actually very easy and convenient. If you want a beer, you have to say yes. You don't get beer you don't want.
