Ithaca Excelsior 15

    Anyone know the style interpretation for this brew? Scheduled to release on May 15th

    My understanding is that it's going to be a rye. They had a pilot rye on tap about a month ago, and a bartender said it was a teaser of the upcoming release. Seemed pretty good, though I only had a taster.

    Speaking of both Excelsior and rye, a different bartender said they were going to put out Old Habit again. This made me very happy and also very wary, as the guy who brewed the original is far, far away.

    Yup -Old habit three bottle limit. My favorite excelsior brew-hope they don't blow it without Chief in the mix. I miss that man...
