Last few years we have always stopped by Ithaca on our way up to Pulaski to do a little steelhead fishing. Sixtels of FP at the brewery are fresh (obviously) and were under $70. I am heading up that way tomorrow and hope to find the same. After a couple days playing around fishing we are heading to grab HF, HT, Lawsons, etc. Then for a side by side . . .

haha nah, but I was just pointing out that this was one of those beers that just caught fire over night and became one of the "it" beers for the style, for good reason.

Forget east-coast, Flower Power stands up for itself on a national level. That being said, I wish the taste followed the nose more.

Try it with less than a week on it. There is an incredible juiciness in FP that doesn't last very long at all.

Whelp, you've sold me. Next chance I get to drive down to Ithaca, I'll get a growler of FP from the brewery and write another proper review (the one I already wrote was for FP from the bottle).

I can confirm it's a three month dating from an e-mail from the brewery.

Guess I'm going to have to drive down over the holiday break as well.

Columbus IPA is in Columbus, I'm a few hours north. Someday I will make the drive to pick some up.

Hop Wallop rocks. I really need an Artic Panzer Wolf killer because I can't get 3 Floyds product. I consider HW just that along with Lake Erie Monster, 90 Minute, and few others.
