Ithaca LeBleu

I'd imagine that they would have/will post on Facebook when it's ready for release. They've done a pretty decent job with "vague" updates fairly recently so I can't imagine that it's too far off.

I don't know about this weekend, though.

 

It's worth stopping at Ithaca regardless. Fresh Flower Power growler fills, great little shop. Hit Finger Lakes Beverage for some bottles as well.

LeBleu is always a nice score, but the brewery itself is a great visit.

 

Unfortunately, they still do not have a time table yet. I sent a co-worker in their on thursday last week and she inquired and their response was not positive. Basically, the beer is not bottle conditioning as well as they had anticipated and they have no time table for it. She was also told that when they think it is ready, they will post something on facebook and twitter a couple of days in advance.

 

i've been watching and waiting. i gave up on trying to keep weekends free just in case. i hope they give us ample time to plan.

 

Getting closer. To be clear on one point mentioned above, LB is indeed conditioning well. We've been monitoring it to make sure the carbonation levels don't continue to rise and save us all the headaches/aggravations of catching a cork between the blinkers when opening these precious gems up.

We'll be making official announcements via our website, twitter and facewhatever to give everyone plenty of notice as we're sensitive to the fact that so many of you travel great lengths to get your paws on this beer.

Have been keeping a close eye and open ears and no word yet. I love absolutely LeBleu.

 

I am heading to Ithaca for this release. If anyone in the Philly area needs a case, let me know. ( Not sure of case limits, but I can get one extra case for sure)

Pretty sure there is a bottle limit, and I am almost certain it is going to be less than a case....

 

Can't you just let the man have his case in peace?!?

 

I recently received a bottle of this as a gift from 2010. I was wondering if anyone knows roughly how much of this is released each year?

Last year and as with Brute, 1 case per person. Whether or not that changes this year will likely be announced with the date.

 

If anyone is interested in splitting a case please BM me, I can do an IP trade anywhere within 30 min+ of Albany...will pay for my 1/2 and throw in a '12 KBS (or 2) for the trouble...
