    Wow that seems like a lot. Everything I've read is always one teaspoon. It couldn't hurt so I'll try that next time

    Heard the same thing.
    Gave it a try.
    No big aroma difference but clarity took a hit.

    I get sparkling clear pale ales/IPAs from adding gelatin to the bottling bucket and cold conditioning the bottles at least two weeks.

    So are you letting it carbonate 2 weeks at room temp and then cold conditioning for 2 weeks??? How can it carbonate of it goes directly into the cold after bottling? Just asking. I can't achieve that because I don't have the room in my fridge to put 2 cases for 2 weeks

    Yes. A minimum of two weeks in each case.
    It doesn't.
