How tough is she to land? Someone graciously shared a bottle at DLD and I've been craving a bottle since.
Landed one in April with this Upland offer. He added a whole bunch of locals on his end and we were both very happy.
I traded a Beat Batch 2, Sexy Betty, Lindley Park, Sang Noir, Black Note and Beat Batch 5 for one a few weeks ago.

The reason I am looking very hard for a bottle is this: My wife and I found out we are having a baby girl in a few months. My wife loves the name Isabelle. I like the name as well but not because of the beer. My wife looked at me the other day when we found out it was a girl and said "dont you still have a bottle of Isabelle"? I said no. I opened it a few months ago at a tasting. She then said it would be cool to open in the room when she is born. So ya I am looking my best for this bottle. I am literally willing to trade a ton of great beer to land this. Hoping there are gernerous traders out there.
Probably not, but it's possible. I think you'd have some serious Venn issues (who has Izzy but not BT?) and the classic "can get all of that for less" problem. It sounded familiar, but then again it could be that all of those "I want this beer for sentimental reasons so trade it to me for less than it's worth" stories sound the same. (No offense to BrianTheBrewer, I'm being overly cynical in that statement, I don't doubt his sincerity.)
Oh I have heard it as well many many times. You can ask many local guys from SD and CA who know me though. I was wishing very much for a boy but not much I can do about that. My wife has always liked the name Isabelle. I wish I would have never opened that bottle now. Oh well if I get one I get one if not I will just have to open something else.
Nope. Probably Edward for a boy. That one would have been easy for a beer as my family lives in New England and could have stopped by Hill Farmstead for me
If the Chocolate Rain in your gots is Batch 1 you might have better luck offering that up with the others you mentioned. I agree that you will likely be running into Venn issues with your offerings, but it can't hurt to try. If you don't end up landing one try naming her Ann! On second thought...
