This i like to hear, but this will be much harder for out of town OGs if our trustees don't notice

Again? Great customer service? This guy has barely sent 3 emails in two years, didn't ship glasses like he said he would, the OG growler thing seems to have disappeared but he handled a situation well again? When did he handle something correctly the first time?

Mattuntapped handled the situation well as a representative of JWB.

In person, all but one person from jwb are amazing. I have had many great experiences with them. Their customer service via Internet is poor and always has been.

At least they will be putting four different treatments of BA La Nada on tap this weekend. Not into bottles though. Or into weekly OG lottery growlers which occur bi-monthly.

Based on my past experiences, it takes roughly 10 emails sent by the customer to receive a response. I have yet to discover any key words or concepts that lead to the replies.

Anyone local have an update on the donor party? In past communications it was June and we will give you fair warning so it's not like the grand opening where we announce it 3 weeks before hand but they seem to have been radio silent on that. I'm curious if they are having similar issues with Miami for this one too.

This is eating into the number of lottery bottles available. What happens when so many get returned that not all OGs get two?

Another kickstarter campaign. Now you can get in on the ground floor of OOG memberships. In as little as two years you will be the proud owner of a properly sealed DFPF.

Has anyone been able to do a proxy pick up for someone who DIDN'T hear back? I really want to have my proxy grab my bottles soon, but email after email go unanswered and I don't want to waste his time making the trip there.

This is SO FRUSTRATING. Seriously, three hundred dollars and 21 months later and they can't answer a fucking email?

i have had some luck emailing: [email protected] it hasn't been great, but after some nagging emails i did get a response. also i just called the brewery and spoke with him briefly and avoided waiting for the e-commerce site and just paid over the phone

I emailed them to change my trustee last Wednesday and they were able to grab the bottles on Thursday with no response from JWB.

They need to setup a 'canned response' to reply to the trustee updates since it looks like they are happening but they are not responding with confirmation. Something like "Dear OG, we've received your request to update the trustee information on file. The requested change has been made. Thank you for your email. - JWB " That would be two clicks and no typing. Difficult times.
