That's pretty awesome. I'm going to have to send my mom beer hunting and ship it to me in Charlotte, NC.

As the article said Upstate NY and the Hudson Valley, I got interested. Then I read, but not Westchester. I hope that this is a case where they don't include Putnam County with Westchester as many people do.

Mighty fine. Remarkable Liquids bringing NEBCO, and now Jack's Abbey.

This is great news. Hopefully my region of the Hudson Valley gets blessed with some JA brews.

Oh, nice. My brother used to live down the road from the brewery, but moved recently.

Putnam county doesn't even exist in most folks minds.

Happy, not ecstatic, to see JA coming. Truth told I am not the fanboy many are for this brewer. Good beer, well made and pretty tasty. Can't understand folks doing backflips for it though.

Let me know when Remarkable picks up Treehouse.

Tree house will be kinda tough since I don't think they bottle.
    Nice contrarian post though.

I guess it is just the amount of great beer being made in this area now has kinda made me that way. Probably seems like a great beer to Mass. locals who have less of a great local assortment, and to others for whom it is out of distro and rare. Remember going through this same hype and craze for Wachussett Larry. I wonder how great it will seem once it is easily available?

I'm with ya on this one. My family recently made the trip up to Cape Cod and I asked them to bring a few four packs of Hoponius back with them. Solid beer and tasty but nothing to get excited about. Had a four pack of the Jabby Brau and felt the same way about it.

It's been in Rochester for a few weeks, but draft only so far.

It's been in Syracuse for a few weeks on draft as well. I was just told today that package isn't available right now because they're installing a new bottling line. Having seen the small size of their previous bottling line, I can't say I'm surprised they wanted to upgrade before expanding distribution too much.

Yeah, I just found out it's here on tap at the Blue Monk and Pizza Plant. Really want to try their new one, Baby Maker!
