Please God put Framingham Lager in cans. I will plow through 12 packs of that during softball season.

I was at the beer hall with my wife and two young kids for the third time last weekend (that's more than my family has gone anywhere in the last three months, btw). It's a great family environment, and big enough that I don't feel crowded by little kids the couple times I've gone solo. Such a great place. Eagerly awaiting the appearance of JA cans in my area!

Also worth a mention: I've had two pizzas, the steak salad, the goulash, and the farm/forage pasta and they have all been delicious. Best pizza I've had in a while.

Get the charcuterie slate as well.... that was fantastic. Was surprised how much I loved it and will definitely be getting that again.

I don't know if it's the adjuncts they used or if the barrels just had that little extra bit of magic in them, but the batch of BA Framinghammer Mole currently pouring is just fantastic. Best version I've had since the original run of Cocoa-nut a couple years ago. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting soon.

That OG Cocoa-nut was a game changer. I keep chasing coconut beers hoping for that.

Agreed, that is an awesome beer. It's no Norm (if it's fresh) but nearly as good. One of the best variants that they do. And yes, the mole is fantastic as well. By FAR the best of the newest batch of variants. Most of the others were not my favorites I am afraid.

Any estimated price point for the 4-packs of Excess pint cans? Love that you guys are canning, by the way.

FWIW, saw it, ABS and Cranberry Sour at Fort Point Market in Boston the other day.

I used the exact same words. Mole is probably one of the best variants they have done in a while. Love the dark chocolate and vanilla flavors with that heat coming in the finish. Can't wait when they bottle it.

Bleh imo. Italiano taste like licorice with bird seed.

Hoponius 12-packs will be available at the brewery today and will hit stores early next week.

Just had my first Saxonator last week. Really dug it! Will this beer ages well?

Went here for the first time today, such an awesome place. Beer was great, food was incredible. So mellow and laid back as well. I hope to come back on future MA trips, again I really can't say enough good things.

Wish I had the self control to find out. I grabbed several bottles a few years ago and they did not make it more than 4 months...

It really is an amazing asset to the area. They have so many beers on tap, and the brewery-only stuff has been magical each time. I no longer have any use for other restaurants in the area.

It really can't be said enough how great the food is. Way ahead of anything else in the area.

Agree and disagree with the adoration for the food at JA. I think the food they have is phenomenal, but I was in at like 1:00 or so on a Saturday and they weren't serving the lunch menu; only dinner. I don't need a full bratwurst dinner in the early afternoon. The food is incredible, but they need some help with the menu to appeal to a wide audience. That said, the chowder is some of the best I've ever had.
