I hear you--during the days of the dater being down I limited my purchases to either the brewery or places where the beer came from a date stamped case.

But now it's easy to just check the date before you buy. It's legible and intelligible, as opposed to something like Lagunitas (Julian in black ink on brown bottle ).

 

when does bride maker return? saw few shelfies not too long ago, passed. regretted it after.

 

It's brewery only for the time being.

 

Oh hell yeah on the cans! The guys won me over on lagers.

 

Just had Hoponius Union and Mass Rising for the first time this past week. Thought they were excellent, particularly Mass Rising. Also have a BA Framinghammer put away for winter and really looking forward to that.

 

Framinghammer and its BA variants have made me stop buying KBS, BCBS, and any other big stout or BA stout that requires searching the corners of the earth.

 

Never got a chance a Lagerness Monster. Did it ever see distro?

 

It's brewery only and still listed among their available beers. Those bottles stare me in the face whenever I'm in there. No idea why I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

 

I totally think they're the best overall brewery in Massachusetts. Framingham just suuuuuuuuucks to get to from where I live.

Good thing they have great distro. Need some Bride Maker though! Cheers everyone

 

When they kicked off distribution in RI earlier this year I had the chance to have Excess on tap twice, it was outstanding.

 

I always enjoy running into older bottles of FH and BAFH at random shops. Got several year old bottles this spring.

 

Had Fair Madien back when it came in a swing top. It was excellent! Then had a standard capped bottle sometime over the last year. Tasted way different. I assumed it was handling since it was warm on shelf at shop I bought. Have not tried since. Tempted to try Pieces and Centennial

Excess IPL needs to be packaged. I had some on tap and it was a real delight.

think it's same deal as bride maker. limited distro after a bit of time passes depending what's left at brewery.

 

I think it's a one-off like "Baby Maker," but on the plus side I would expect another "? Maker" in September or October

oooooo. I'll be flying outta boston end of the month. hopefully they have that then. no sweat if not, my stores got bride maker and lager ness. but I'm all for instant gratification! haha.

 

Jacks is the shit. Sour projects are off the wall, they have one of the best porters out there with a ton of varieties, and the House Lager is unquestionably one if the best in the world.

 

Is House Lager now available year-round? The website says that its curently available but its also listed as a January release . Confused.
