As stands, plans are to retire Calyptra later in the year and replace it with a rotating IPL series akin to the Hopstitution line from back in the day. Leisure Time will also be retired this year and replaced with a similar unannounced beer.

This makes me sad. IMO, Calyptra is a phenomenal low ABV hoppy beer. Very refreshing given the light malt bill and balanced flavor with the Calypso and Citra hops. It will be sorely missed. My fav summertime beer.

Personally, I could care less about Leisure Time tho.

Looks like Blood Orange Wheat is the new core beer! Can't wait!

So happy to see Private Rye coming back. A big fav of mine from the early days.

PR was a biere de garde originally. Think it'll stay a BdG in the Keller series?

PR was one of the first I had from them in early 2013.

Yeah I too wondered why it was on the keller line, but I thought “maybe it was unfiltered back and that’s all that matters here.” I don’t recall if it was. I also thought the Biere de Garde label was more semantics than not. Can't remember if it was bottle conditioned, and it wasn’t a beer I necessarily wanted to age.

Would have liked Smoke and Dagger in the variety pack to broaden the range, but no big deal.

Curious to see how Total Wine prices the new lineup. Some of the current prices are insanely cheap ($7.50/6x12oz HU, $8/6x16oz Post Shift, $13.50/12x12oz HU).

Thumbs up to the Dinkel Herb and the Modern Hell, both eminently drinkable beers.

Over the past couple of years the Jack's Abby seasonals have become the beers I always have on hand. Red Tape's disappearing and Saxony's here and au revoir and hey pal, long time no see. Great regional brewery.

This never gets mentioned but I drink a lot of JA cans and they're always filled to the brim. Higher than anything I've ever had.
    Thank you for that JA.

I’m quite excited for the 12-packs of the Blood Orange Wheat. I can already see it being a summer standby.

Went with a buddy Sunday for brunch and really had a great time. I got there around 11:45, The place filled right up. Great food and a nice tour. Awesome experience!

If the beer hall was closer to me I think I'd go there all the time. This might be my favorite brewery to visit just because its such a great experience. I'd go there just for the food alone. Hopefully with the new distribution of Springdale beer these guys will get the attention they deserve.

Same. I think, all things considered (drink options including variety of both beer and pour sizes, food, seating availability, hours of operation, personality of staff, take away options, etc), JA is the best in the land for a brewery visit. I almost can't imagine having anything but a really satisfying experience every time you go.

+1. Also love the huge stein mug option for the classic lagers.

I also love Jack’s Abby’s beer hall! I was there on Saturday with the wife and a friend. We had lunch and a couple of beers. Food was excellent, and the Kellerbier Dinkle Herb was awesome! Great atmosphere, and a fun and inviting place to have a couple of beers anyway time of the day!

Every time I go by there to pick up some brewery-only cans or growler fills I swear I hear the bratwurst plate calling to me.

Imagine working here, and having a gernous allotment of fake money (aka "Schrute," ala Dwight) to spend on lunch everyday.... #meatsweats
