Assuming everything that we need comes in on time we will be doing our first run on our new bottling line on tuesday. We will be bottling around 100 cases of our new Cascadian Schwarzbier(black ipl).

The next beer to be bottled will be our Smoke & Dagger, though we have not finalized a date for that yet. We are being deliberately slow with our initial releases and keeping quantities down so that we can keep quality high as we dial in the bottling line to where we want it to be. Our goal is to slowly increase production over the spring and reach full output over the summer.

Thank you, 1000 times over for doing this the right way. Too many new breweries these days are rushing out inconsistent product...

That is great news. Really impressed with everything I have tried from Jack's Abbey.

Kiwi Rising will make a return when we can get more of the New Zealand hops.

Kiwi Rising is still my favorite beer of theirs, but they are doing everything well. I'm hoping to stop by for their Baltic Porter tomorrow. Plus, they've made the final 16 of the IPA championship with a lager - not bad.

Cascadian Schwarzbier sounds fantastic. I'm really looking forward to this one. Good luck with the first run this week--hope everything goes well.

I tried brewing a slightly hop-forward schwarzbier with cascade hops this past summer.... didn't turn out so well for me, as I'm still an inexperienced home brewer. If there's anyone who can make that kind of brew right, it's the Jack's Abby guys . Can't wait to try it!

Does this mean these bottles will be available later this week at the brewery? (again if all goes as planned) Thanks

Thanks for the great time the other night when I was hanging out at the brewery drinking everything! Shit! Did Hoponius Union beat Flower Power in the IPA tournament?!

The bottles will be the exact same ones that Maine Beer Co uses when it comes to 4 packs.
