Hello All, My local liquor store/bottle shop (Party Mart) just posted on their Facebook: MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Our very first one-night only CASK & GROWL event will be April 9, 2015 at 4:00PM! From Abita Beer, we'll be pouring Growler & Crowler fills of a special cask-conditioned Macchiato Espresso Milk Stout, aged in Bourbon barrels! We'll also have Abita's TN Sales Rep Michael Fondren on hand to sample a variety of Abita's beers. Has anyone else heard of this? Was anyone planning on going to this? Thanks.
If I was rich I would get on my jet and come there for that. Abita was the beer I used to always drink when I was in Louisiana before the craft wave started and in the past week have bought 2 sixers of their Grapefruit IPA and Wrought Iron, and enjoyed both of them
