.... Better late than never. If you live close to the Jacksonville, FL area, you're cordially invited to our October Surprise Brew and Bottle Share at Pinglehead Brewing & Brewer's Pizza in Orange Park, FL this Sunday October 6th, starting at 9:00 am through 4:30 pm. The address is 14-B Blanding Boulevard (one mile south of the I-295 exit on the right, next to Red Lobster). If you'd like to brew with us, bring your nano sized outdoor brew gear and ingredients and join us in the back parking lot where we will be brewing up something good. If you're interested in brewing or would just like to come and share some of the most rare and unique beer, bring a few bottles of the good stuff (Budmeister won't do) and join us. We will be bottle sharing all day but specifically between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm, when the brewing finishes up. Our usual bottle share times and dates at the Orange Park Bottle Share are between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm inside Brewer's Pizza. We meet on the first Sunday and Third Sundays of the month. Oh man, if you guys would have told me 24 hours ago I would have brought stuff from Tallahassee to brew.
Pretty good turnout, Cody. We had four groups of brewers and about 30 people for the bottle sharing afterwards. Lots of great beers. Look for us on FB under "orange park bottle share" to see what we're up to. Basically, we're meeting the first and third Sundays of the Month at 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm for bottle sharing rare beers, and then brewing every so often as time and weather permits.
