I am generally a big fan of CCB and enjoy Jai Alai quite a bit but man does that beer have some significant batch variation.
It definitely does, even color of the beer varies from batch to batch. But this is a great batch, grab while you CAN. Get it?
You said it then man. So much so, that I pass it up quite a bit out of fear of getting a bad batch, which has happened to me a couple times. But when it is good, it is REALLY good.
Just brewed a single hop pale ale this week. It's fermenting, and it is gonna be great. We have a baby due in May so this was the first brew I've done in a long while.
I'll have to give this a try, again. I was one who quit liking this once favorite of mine. I thought it was a palate change. Never thought it could have been a quality control issue.
