    seriously?

(I'll be here all week :grimacing:)

Probably a dumb question, but is Bruery Terreux covered under the Bruery label approval?

@TheJeezus If we're getting the aged-for-3-months-in-bourbon-barrels-cash-in version, I will not be setting up a chase thread.

If my understanding is correct, they'd need another approval for beers brewed at the Anaheim (Terreux) location. The current approval is for the original location where they brew non-sour stuff.

Is this a new batch of Brimstone, or something different? If it's Brimstone, then they probably don't need a new approval for it.

i don't know about this. i'm pretty sure this includes terreux. even shelf stuff like saison rue is labeled terreux.

I think the key is that TABC only cares about the location of where the beer is brewed (which is why e.g. Alpine didn't have to get brewery approval when they started brewing at Green Flash). There are other Bruery shelf beers that aren't under the Terreux brand.

If their sours are brewed at a different location, then that location would have to get approved separately.

Looked it up and saw that Terreux and the Bruery are actually the same address, must just be a different section of the same place that they make the sours.

They share a tasting room currently at The Bruery - but they are brewed at a different location in Anaheim.

I would expect to see another approval for them come through is my guess
