Japanese Budweiser bottle inflatable pool float?

    I purchased what appears to be a Japanese (packaged) Budweiser bottle pool float. It's 140 x 55, so its not small. I've looked around, but haven't been able to find any information on the interwebs about this item. Has anyone seen a pool float like this?
