Hey guys, I'll try and make this a short story but I recently got married 6-14-14 and had my first Speedway stout at our rehearsal dinner (which I recieved as an extra from a trade here) and absolutely loved it! Now I'm a huge coffee fan and love stouts so this was right up my alley.. We left for Jamaica last Monday for our honeymoon and while we were there the only coffee they had was the Jamaican Blue Mountian and it was possibly the best coffee I've ever had.. So I'm wondering wat would it take for me to land a JBM SS? I'm from Pittsburgh and we get some pretty decent beers but nothing crazy that others are often seeking out.. I would really like to try the JBM SS but wanted to get an idea as what I could offer up to land one of these.. Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!
    Shawn

I traded a dark lord for one straight up. I don't think the JBM is/was too terribly hard to get a hold of. Might have been brewery only at around $18 a bottle. Id think Big Black Voodoo might be a start or one of the variants would land a bottle. I haven't tried the JBM yet but I'm glad it's good and looking forward to it even more so now. Good luck op.

Thanks! Yea the JMB coffee was amazing I even managed to bring some home I liked it so much! Lol I do have a few Big Black Voodoo daddy's but their just the regular stouts (which are still awesome) I was unable to make it to their BA release last year..

It shouldnt be to tough. There were a ton of bottles and when it first came out it seemed very attainable. It's a damn good beer, just not quite as good as Viet. I think thats why it was trading low.

FWIW, JBM Speedway was a ticketed, brewery-only release, with a 4 bottle per person limit. Price was $19.62/bottle.
