It depends on how many tickets you buy

At noon on Friday hardly anyone will be at ACL. Service doesn't get bad until around 5 or 6.

I guess it depends on your provider. I used to get decent service 2 years ago, but last year it was almost impossible to use (Sprint sucks). When it does work, it's sporadic, so I like the idea of the sale being held off until Monday.

I don't know what the limit on ticket sales are but I imagine they will either sell out or much quicker than last year since so much has changed since then. But I'll take this question to the official F&SF thread.

Of the three beers announced for F&SF so far, this is the one I'm most excited about. I'm hoping they do one with Texas peaches eventually.

Just shared my last batch 1 over the weekend, and it has gotten very sour, still some good fruit though. Had it next to 2010 Fou Foune, and there are definite differences. Both are very good in their own right. It is nice to see a Texas brewery with it's own character and a very delicious beer. Now I just need to get some batch 2.

I can confirm it was hard to say that either FF or the AL was better, different but both were amazing. We opened Side Project Blueberry Flanders after the FF & AL and it was by far the most sour of the three, just puckering, and lovely!

Anyone try AL batch 1 vs. batch 2 side by side? Just tried b2 this weekend, really enjoyed it but it tasted different than I remember, less fruit forward.
