    Does anyone know what kind of sour/tart character this beer has? Sounds like quite the flavor combo!

    I fedex bottles to Houston quite a bit and that bottle would only cost about $7-10 and it would get there next day.

    There is some confusion about what time you are open this Friday.

    The blog post for Encendia says bottles will go on sale at noon on Friday, but the Tasting room calender says 4:00 PM.
    Can you clarify on your Friday 5/23 opening time?
