I brought DDG to the party; and this bottle made DDG look pathetic. Not sure if my palate is fkd, but I believe everyone was crazy about this beer. I would gladly trade crazy bottles for this. Great work on making this beer!

Btw, if/when you have a free sec can you elaborate on what happened with this beer compared to the version you did end up using? Are you happy with how it turned out despite the fact that it was not what you originally planned on it being? And considering the great comments about it here and elsewhere, any plans on releasing it at some point, assuming you can recreate it? Thanks

Prob Steve Buscemi of hand models; better get insurance on those!

We chose to serve it onsite because the CO2 development was pretty low. Otherwise, we were happy with the beer.

Adrienne Ballou, who heads our barrel program, is working on another Das Uberkind blend for June. I've tasted through our stock of Das Uberkind and think we have some good candidate barrels to blend from. I'm excited to taste Adrienne's Das Uberkind blend soon. We'll bottle it in June and release it most likely in August. - Jeff

Thank you for elaborating on the details of this vibrant refreshing beer. It was on the tasting room menu 9/1/13 the day after Viking Metal sold out. Has been on my mind ever since. Thrilled to hear to there's another batch of Uberkind in the works to help tame the hottest sear of summer's sizzle.

I got to taste this at Freetail SMABRD last year, and it was definitely awesome!

Thanks to whoever brought that gem.
