Weasel Rodeo - $16.99
Whiskey Barrell Rodeo - $19.99

 

SLW&S is NOT the cheapest liquor store in the land though... Spec's & Central Market should be $1-$2 cheaper per bottle if they get it in. I like that particular store because it's around the corner from me and is quite chill.

 

there were maybe 4 more unopened cases sitting on the floor when i was there around 2:30pm. no bottle limit posted but the guy in front of me bought 2. $16.99.

 

Ah ok, $20 for Whiskey Rodeo (though still pricey) isnt as bad as I was imaging. I was imagining something ridiculous like $30-$50 a bottle when it was stated to be the most expensive beer in Texas...

 

Doesn't seem so, although Specs RR told me they WILL be getting all 3 (just not when)

 

It is when I paid $8 for a pint off of cask...

You shouldn't be able to buy beer for cheaper at bars then at retail.

 

Just at d&q and they were breaking open one of the last two cases of weasel that i saw

 

I fear I'm going to miss out on this beer.

 

D & Q sold out. No one else in Houston has them in yet. Heb central is getting them in on Tuesday, 3 cases each

I'm guessing he meant central market.

 

Was a specs downtown and was told nothing came today, but maybe tomorrow or early next week. Was also told JKs distributors beer guy just quit, so specs has no way of knowing what, when, or how much of anything they are getting.

 

Yeah sorry, Heb Central Market on Alabama and Westheimer. They also have 3 cases of Boxer left.

Will you pleeeeease send bottles of the new batch of Das Wunderkind to Alabama too?! I just moved to Alabama from Texas two months ago, and I got so excited when I saw Jester King on the shelves that I almost died.
