If a beer is brewed at multiple brewery locations of one company under one brewmaster, then I'd expect consistency. If brewed at two collaborator breweries under different brewmasters, might there be notable differences? Anyone experience this?

The deGarde/Side Project collabs were completely different beers, not the same beer brewed in two places. Saison Desay at dG and Orviamo at SP.

I would imagine the JK/De Garde collab brewed at De Garde will be quite different than the JK/De Garde collab brewed at JK although the same people were involved. Is that what you mean? Sorry, didn't quite understand the question.

Just thought of another one: "Cerveza Sin Frontera". Brasserie Trois Dames, Crooked Stave and Jester King brewed the same beer at each brewery and released them separately. Never saw the Brasserie Trois Dames version, but the other two were available for a while here in PDX.

That's exactly what I mean. Then if a collab is brewed at two locations you may want to try both.

For sure! Just like @JouerAvecLeFeu said, Sin Frontera was the same beer more or less, but each of the 3 versions was very different and unique from the other. Definitely fun to drink side-by-side.
