If anyone wants to grab me some this weekend, it would be an awesome wedding present since I can't make it myself.

Wonder why they bottled more for on site only consumption.

To go bottle list is really stellar though, since when does Petrus aged pale exist in 9 dollar 750s?

While that's mostly correct, some of our limited beers like Das Wunderkind and El Cedro have continued to be distributed. There's a possibility that RU55, Boxer's Revenge and Ol Oi will be too.

We're just selling the Omniscience & Proselytism that's leftover from Funk n' Sour Fest.

You planning on making more Omni in the future for sale Jeff?! It was my favorite beer out of all the new sours!

Mine too, although Aurelian Lure came in a close second.

I'm not sure which Omni I got... Really hope it lasts til 11/9.

Also, my friend and I had VERY different opinions on what AL was like. He thought it was very sour, I thought it was mild. He's cool with Monk's Cafe and thinks Rodenbach Grand Cru is hitting his upper sour limit. I thought AL was less sour than Monk's.
    Anyone have input?

I'd say Aurelian Lure was more tart than a Rodenbach Grand Cru. Not sure about Monks though. I hope JK makes a lot more AL. Might be better than Peche'cus, but I'd have to try them side by side.

Everything at that store is very old, not that these beers don't age well, but that store is a relative ghost town with very little turnover. (Now, if you want to compare batches, that's definitely the store to go to in order to get older stuff.) Plus, right now, all the fresh batches are only at the brewery. As Jeff posted above, hopefully those other three will eventually see wider distribution.

I like old boxers. Fresh boxers has a horrible whiskey bitterness.

I actually haven't tried the new one yet. It does seem to be rather polarizing among the people I've talked to/read who have tasted it.

Thanks. We won't be able to get more strawberries from Fredericksburg, TX until April, but when we do, we'll make more.

Speaking of making more, I didn't see AL or NC on the tasting menu for this weekend.
Will either not be available on-site til the next batch?
What is the time frame for next batch (rough estimates work for me)?
P.S. If you save a bottle of OP for me on 11/9/13 I will buy it and share it immediately and enjoy it.

OP is only being sold for on site consumption, I'm looking forward to trying to again.
