We only had 132 cases of Bonnie the Rare for Texas. We line priced it with Wytchmaker.

I hope to one day find the Whiskey Aged Beer Geek Rodeo in bottles. That beer was fantastic and would get even better with some age on it!

I've been able to find Boxer's easier on tap than in bottle.

How limited (or not) is Drink'n this year?

    +1 to this!

I am more of a big/malty barleywine, stout, old ale kinda guy than I am a lighter/belgian, saison, wild/sour kinda guy, so I would love to see more Beer Geek Rodeo available. Especially the barrel aged version! I would also love to see Barrel Aged Black Metal in bottles as well...

Das Wunderkind has a similarly low ABV.

Awaiting these beers in Houston, had Bonnie The Rare and Weasel Rodeo at the tour last weekend, I'm still in love with Boxer's Revenge.

Only if they go back to English yeast. Although you know what, with age I bet the farmhouse black metal will be okay. I'll see in another 4 or so months after mine has sat on the shelf.

    Barrel age it all! :grinning:

I love the sour in BR, but it leaves me wanting more. It seems very one sided from my experience.

I feel the best sours aren't just sour, but have a hint (or smash) of something else.

I think Das Wunderkind was actually more to my liking.

I am the reverse. I thought BR had the depth that Das lacked. I'm getting the chance to taste some JK, Boxer 1 and 2 and Das, alongside T25 (hopefully she brings it) and some various RR offerings this weekend. I'm expecting Boxers to hold its own. Very nice to have beer lovers in San Fran who are family

I want to try Beatification. I had Supplication and it was okay. No Cantillon or 3Font for sure.

I love me some JK though. :grinning:

Just starting my sour kick...can't quite pull the trigger on ordering 3F or Cantillion online yet (when shipping equals cost). Thankfully Texas has received much many more offerings recently..Rodenbach Grand Cru at 8.50 is an amazing steal. It's right behind Jacobins for my favorite 'tart' Flanders. This will be my intro to RR sours so I'm trying to pull together some awesome stuff to knock her socks off.

Has anyone popped their Love Child recently? Wondering if it's a good time to crack that as well
