Whiskey and Bonnie have already sold out at Gabriel's. We have a couple bottles left of Weasel. Also, our San Marcos store has a case of each.

 

Well I actually bought them all for people who already had a trade set up for me. Im keeping 2 for myself. If anyone can't find any id gladly sell them a bottle for what I got em for. $10 for Bonnie and $20 for Whiskey. And I did buy it all in one store. And I have been giving updates of where it can be found. I haven't bought anymore.

 

This afternoon CM Westgate had Weasel. One per person.

 

You absolutly should not have posted that picture. If I were you, I would post an LIF. Give one or two away. That would prove that you are just "spreading the love" as you said.

 

I don't remember talking shit to anyone and I already have offered to sell a few bottles at cost for those who don't find it in the Houston area. Maybe posting the picture was a bad idea but I didn't think anyone would get this upset.. Next time ill just purchase the minimum and keep my mouth shut about who else has it in.

 

You never posted who actually has the beer. Woulda been pointless since you bought absolutely every beer on the shelf. Locals before trade partners bro. If you show up at a local bottle share, I sure as hell am not sharing anything I brought with you.

 

Actually, it was your friend who did all the shit talking, which is why I referred to it as a tie. The photo was distasteful, but surely not enough to actually have people emotionally upset. I am frustrated I got none of this beer after spending days on the hunt, but it has nothing to do with individuals....it is the market and demand that created my missing out.

 

I actually did post who had the beer in. They had 5 cases of each. and 14 of weasel. I posted when I left the store and stated how much they had left. I purchased 8 bottles of bonnie and 7 of whiskey.. I guess ill go lay low and cry because instead of making friends on BA I just made a bunch of enemies.

I actually haven't traded any of that. Gave some to friends that were out of town for the release I have a 6 pack left and 2 bombers.. How bout I do this... Ill give a free Whiskey Rodeo and 12 oz of DR12 to the first person who sends me a message after 10:00PM Central tonight. If I get a message before I won't let that person have it. Will this cut all the shit talking?

 

I personally think you were good at offering to sell bottles you got at the price you paid for them. I'd take you up on that if you were in Austin, as half the damn city didn't get any Whiskey Rodeo.

So you blantently disregarded my signs for the bottle limit when others stuck by it? How does that make it any better? I'll gladly refer everyone that i've turned away for the last few days to your BA account so you can explain why they couldn't even get the 1 bottle limit. People in the city who actually tried to get the beer the legit way have to sit by while you illeagly ship the beer out state to people that had to put no effort in to getting the beer. That may be a couple good trades for you, but that's, at the very least, 13 customers i denied the beer to. And people complain that we should put these limited releases on the shelf and not have to ask for them. Case and point on why its hard to trust that everyone will be honest.

Also, its lovely that you're offering to over charge what you paid for them too.

I bought the bonnie, whiskey and weasel for trades I already had set up a few weeks back. They wanted these and I did my best to obtain them.

 

Specs Brodie has all three as of 5 PM.

Sooo.... any... more... Whiskey Rodeo... in Austin?

 

Spec's keeps claiming they'll get it in. In a week. Or maybe this week? Or could be two weeks.

I'm losing all respect for them.
