Seemed a bit haphazard. And left many stores quite pissed.

Ya Virtuoso just doesn't seem to really give a damn about Jester King. I was literally in a store when Boxers and Drinkin were delivered. The guy walked in, dropped the 3 boxes off right inside the door, got his paper work signed and walked out.

I was in the same position. New person at the store. Dropped a box of drinkin. Gave her an invoice for both. She asked where the boxers was. He said sorry, out. But still seemed to expect payment for it, because it was on the invoice. this was early Thursday, so I know they did have more. Then central market in southlake only got 1 case of boxers, and no drinkin... Just messed up. I didn't see central markets invoice, but I assume they would want that too. Don't get me started on denton county.

Thats sad. They were not out, Arlington got all their boxers on Friday.

I figured as much. Thanks for the info. I know denton county is pretty mad. Not too many stores there that have craft beer, but those that do supply a large contingent... And we don't like driving to downtown Dallas for it, lol.

Nice! Did he give a date or time-frame for the release?

Just opened my bottle of Boxer's, and this is delicious! I'm pretty new to sours, but I'm REALLY enjoying this. I think another trip to CM may be in order tomorrow...

We don't have a date yet on our next release of Boxer's Revenge. The next batch is currently aging in oak barrels. I'd say it will be a minimum of four months until more is released.

Our goal is to have Boxer's Revenge, as well as other of our barrel aged, sour beers, transition from limited releases to year-round offerings that can regularly be found on the shelves of Texas stores. Our expansion plans are focused on adding more space for oak barrels and bottle conditioning in order to make this happen.

Saw some Boxer's at the Bandera/1604 HEB (SATX) today. They're charging $15.50 for it, so I'd try Gabriel's or Specs first.

STILL plenty of Boxers and Sunbelt at Specs RR, as of this morning. Boxer's is $13.99, I think, and Sunbelt is $8.99

Anyone know any place in DFW that still has any Beer Geek Rodeo left? Or when the next batch will be released?

Beer markets are weird like that. Sometime it flies off the shelves in one city but sits on the shelves in others. I've found beers over half a year later in other cities that was gone immediately in Austin.

Like Love Child #2, which is apparently still on some shelves in Houston, and was gone in Austin in about 2 days.....

I can confirm that this is true. Just saw an off the grid Specs in Cypress had about a case on the shelf. I bet they will be there for a long time.
