These bottles never were released outside the brewery. I'm pretty sure the brewery has sold out all their bottles but I could be wrong (been a little bit since I've been there). I'm about 95% certain your only chance to find any is to trade for them from someone that has some.
Jester King has sold out of the regular SPON and three variants for bottles to go, but they kept a small amount back so they could offer them for on-site consumption, so there should still be bottles available to drink, you just can't buy them to take to go.

Correct. I forget the exact number they said they were holding back for every weekend, but I believe it was 18 750mL bottles per weekend? I don't know how early they sell out each weekend, but I'd imagine if you get there early on Fridays you have a good chance of trying it.
This weekend? Probably fairly early. Random non-sour weekends? Probably not that early. I was there at 9PM on a Friday a couple weeks back and people just ordered one with no problem.
