That's how long Atrial is fruited for, at least. Not sure how/if timelines for different fruits last; I suppose that it would depend on sugar content. Apricots have just about twice as much sugar as raspberries do per unit mass, but I imagine that the fermentation rate of the yeast is nonlinear. tl;dr i have no fucken clue

No, they made the lemon lime previously. I do not think it was called Provenance then.

"Our first batch of Provenance takes the vibrant flavors and aromas of oranges and grapefruits ..."
"Our second batch of Provenance takes the vibrant flavors and aromas of lemons and limes ..."
"Our third batch of Provenance takes the vibrant flavors and aromas of tangerines and clementines ..."

Maybe I am mistaken then? I heard it was released before.

It seems like an odd way to put batches considering they have different labels. We will know for sure when tangerine one comes out.

A friend opened a bottle of b4 Atrial last night. Turns out this batch is awesome as ever. Friggin stick of raspberry dynamite all up in my mouthpiece.

We even shared it with a die hard macro AAL drinking friend. He looked at it, looked at us, smelled it, looked bewildered, took a sip, smiled, and said "this is beer?!?" I could get into beer like this.

    It was neat.

The real answer for all fruited sours is "it's ready when it's ready." We're so used to having timelines for most beers we expect wild fermentations to follow the same route. In reality its all done by taste and gravity readings. When the gravity is steady, it can be bottled, but that doesn't mean its ready.

The Rare Barrel puts it this way: "Sour beer is ready when sour beer says sour beer is ready." I like that.
