Batch 3 of Bière de Miel will be released when our tasting room opens tomorrow at 4pm. Bière de Miel is our farmhouse ale brewed and fermented with raw Texas wildflower honey.

Thanks! We're excited about the way this batch turned out. It's more on par with batch 2 and is not quite as acidic as batch 1.

@jesterkingbeer Any particular reason for the resurgence of Facebook as a method for release information?

Last year I drank this one fully expecting I wouldn't like it (for no particular reason) and it quickly became one of my favorite 750 ml's.

I know you guys love the way Batch 2 turned out, and I still liked it alot, but man, Batch 1 was epic.

@nsheehan and I opened a batch 1 a week ago and we thought it was better than Anna or East Bank. More honey flavor, less yeasty, pure straight deliciousness. I don't think I have any batch 2 but definitely excited to go out tomorrow and try batch 3.

They used to use blog posts for re-releases, as well. Honestly, not a big deal. I don't seem to have any issue finding out information about any of their releases, but FB is the social media I use the least. I was just curious if there was a reason behind the change.

Agreed. It was just a tad more sour than batch 2.

Agreed, we did side by side with Anna and it blew Anna out of the water.
