Looked through their website, but it does not mention when each seasonal is available.
Can anyone tell me what I might find in Austin this week on tap or in a store?
    Thanks for the help.

If you go to Jester King (Saturdays, 12-6), you can typically get Ol Oi, Viking Metal and other seasonal stuff, but its on-premise only right now until their brewpub license goes through.

As for whats in stores, the standard line-up should be readily available, and I've seen some Salt Lick/Censored around still, but don't know about anything else. Things are kind of in a lull with them right now, since they're holding back new releases until their brewpub license comes through.

El Cedro might still be around. I highly recommend grabbing 2 bottles

I see Das Wunderkind and Salt Lick on shelves all the time right now.

Viking Metal and Atrial Rubicite should be hitting next followed by new batches of RU-55 and Funk Metal.

If you're from CO and visiting, it might be helpful to know where to go... I drove to about eight beer stores yesterday. So IIRC...
I would recommend East 1st Grocery first (pretty sure they had all the regulars, Das Wunderkind, and Censored (Censored isn't hard to find). They might have El Cedro. I am pretty sure King Liquors on Burnet had Das Wunderkind and El Cedro. Two stores had El Cedro, but I can't remember perfectly.
