Apparently some people can't have anything but a serious conversation but I personally don't think there is anything wrong with some humour!

I actually thought a lot of it was funny. Just a difference in opinion.

Respect is earned, not given freely. When Budweiser does something with their mainline products that's worth my respect, I'll be happy to give it to them.

Neither do I. Maybe I'm guilty of injecting (unfunny) humor into the conversations here a bit too much. In the case of this video, it's just a difference of opinion as @Preluderl stated.

Because it's the product that they wish to spend their money on.

I thought the skit was hilarious, especially Wyatt Cenac, and the nickel reference was spot on!.

It's a piece of humor (humour), and the limits are without limit, to a point. Oliver is a Brit, a "touch" sarcastic, very ironic, and explosively funny without reverence for anything. Great satire often pisses everyone off because it just touches too many critical places. There's plenty very funny in the Oliver Bud Light piece, and the Bud people keep really screwing up big time. Maybe the thick headed party guys are the evil schemers in suits! I respect beer very much, but I'll protect humor completely.

Well, they were likely drinking some version of a gruet, fermented and herbal, and totally organic. All kinds of grains and herbs, tossed in and bubbling along! It really took a while before people knew how not to end up in the mud! Some nomadic brews harken back into near prehistory.

Comedy either makes you laugh or it doesn't. It's much easier to hide one's true feelings about liking or hating a particular beer. After 5 posts of "hilarious" and 1 "harlarious," I thought it fair game to just throw another reaction out there. It's cool with me if people laughed at it. It certainly didn't piss me off. On the contrary, it just didn't move me. I think I'm allowed that. I've been guilty of putting humor above "respect" around here and I share your love for comedy. I only love people with a good sense of humor. That's why I never loved my parents.

That was the marketing department. The evil schemers in suits are elsewhere in the company.

You just made the point. It HAS to be cold. The colder a food or drink is, the less the human olifactory system can taste it.

Nah. Comedy needs a "tastes like pee pee" line. I know you know that. Stop being so silly.
