Hey BAs, I'm currently visiting MI and planning on visiting JP tomorrow and was wondering which location is better for the beer. Anything interesting on tap? Can you purchase bottles to go from both the AA and Dexter locations or is it cheaper off site?
Sorry for all of the questions =)

    Any help is welcome. Cheers!

Dexter is just where it's brewed. I don't believe they have any sort of tasting on-site.

It's literally down the same street. I worked at the Mongolian Grill on the corner of State and Washington and could see ABC from our front windows. Definitely try the turkey reuben if you enjoy that kind of thing- it was awesome with a cask drawn Sacred Cow. JP is an awesome place, but don't waste your time at the Blue Tractor- go to Grizzly Peak instead.

JP, Arbor Brewing, Grizzly Peak and Blue Tractor are all within 3-4 blocks of each other. Take your choice and enjoy. There is a city parking garage across the street from ABC that is very convenient.

thanks everyone for the info. I took the wife and kiddo to JP for lunch and a beer flight and then we walked around campus and then I bought a pint glass and taster glass at ABC. Also picked up some 330ml bottles of Oro de Calabaza at JP to go. was suprised to see small bottles of non-grand reserve stuff. =)

Glad you had a good time in Michigan. Always happy to see folks from the 2nd best great beer State of San Diego to enjoy their time in Michigan.
