Jolly Pumpkin batch/blend numbers

    I am looking at two different bottles of La Roja, one is blend 21 bottled in late 2011 and the other is blend 3 bottled in early 2012... does anyone have information on the blends? I am assuming that blend 3 took longer to mature than blend 21, hence the later bottle date but is there a way to find out why? Does Jolly Pumpkin post this info?
