Not driving 1+ hr for it and potentially miss out. La Roja is pretty damned good.

 

Thats what I was wondering. I have no idea how fast it goes. Its probably 45 minutes to an hour for me so not as long and I can find plenty to do in AA so if I go and come up short its still not a wasted trip for me. Though 4 dollar a gallon gas, for no apparent reason, does make me think twice about it when otherwise it would be a no brainer.....


Also it seems like something may be going on at kuhnhenn's that day too. Equinox party, but honestly I haven't heard a ton about it. Just saying if someones that way and really doesn't feel like driving all that way it could be fun to check out too.

 

kuhnhenn is releasing 5 black beers and 3 un named meads. i do know one of the beers is a banana split stout.

There is a store that had it on the shelf for $17 and change here.

 

Per JP's TC location, bottles are $13 each with a 4 bottle limit.

 

JP in Ann Arbor looks like it opens at 10AM this Saturday. Does anybody know if they let people in early to line up, or do they make people line up outside?

 

When they released this in December, I was all bundled up expecting to be waiting outside, but they gave out numbers and let you in to the pub. I had some incredible pumpkin pancakes while I waited to be called upstairs.

 

This year don't plan on the number system, they said they don't want to do that and thats why its at 10am instead of 11. But I might do the pancakes after!
