This is a VERY good beer store despite its small size, I may even prefer it to Argonaut and call it even, or close, with Mayfair--to which I have to drive.

Fellow Capitol Hill-ies, check it out. Good to great Belgian selection, good to great Colorado selection, good CA and PNW selection too. With some stalwarts from the Central and Eastern Time zones as well. Couple random price checks were 50 cents cheaper than my most recent purchase of the same beers at Argonaut, but can't swear it was that way across the board.

It's a great place, I agree. Some stuff is up from Argo and some stuff is cheaper...the small-shop service is hard to beat though and they have a thoughtful selection given their space restrictions.

Joy is my favorite small beer shop in town for sure. All the guys that work there are cool and very helpful.

    Shhhhhh!!
This is a great place. I find them generally a little bit pricier than Argonaut, but more convenient for me. Better customer service too. Plus, they have Korbinian and Vitus (after not having it for awhile) whereas I have never seen them at Argo.
We'll see how they come through with a phone call re: Jacob's Cabin.
