    Got a bottle of Jubel 2010 as a gift when my first son was born. Number 2 just arrived and I thought it fitting to drink the beer now.How has it held up? How is it drinking? Only one bottle, so I'd hate to waste it if it is on an off time.

    I opened a bottle back in July. It was 22 ozs of pure delight. How it is now though, I couldn't say. I have one bottle left and contemplating when it open it.
    Pop it in celebration and report back. One guarantee is that it isn't infected.

    I have opened 2 bottles in the past 6 months, and sadly I think this one is going downhill fast.

    I loved it fresh. Loved it at 6 months. Loved it at 12 months. Can't wait to open my last bottle. A VERY underrated beer imo.
