    Has this beer cellared well? Fallen off? Worth trading for?

    Having had it, I can't imagine cellaring would be good for this beer. There are so many subtle flavors I feel would be lost.

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

    Tasty fresh and aged, but if the citrus has taken a backseat as the brett in the beer has become more pronounced.

    had one last week...still tasting great, very 'juicy'.
    I personally think all HF saisons need at least 3 months in the bottle to let the nuances come out.
