Anyone been to the fest at Oasis Bar in Whaleyville? There's not much info about it(breweries, beers,etc.,) on their Facebook page. I have called the number given to order tickets several times but only get a machine and no call back.
Is their page even current? At one time it was supposed to be a really good beer bar with quite the eclectic crowd. 40 or something taps going in. I know the owner had a few other ventures going on in OC at one time and those are now closed. Seems like it is back to a shot and a beer bar but do not quote me on that. Stand by.....
Sounds like the fest is on and open for business. Guy I know said they have 30 or so taps but the staff is not all that beer knowledgeable. However it is always best to go there and see for yourself I say. 3rd Wave out of Delmar says they will be there tomorrow among others.
