For you Mid-westerners if you're looking to try a LOT of different beer head to Jungle Jim's just north of Cincinnati. In addition to several ROOMS of beer-they have left overs and over runs. Usually close to sell by date but frequently reduced by 70 % or more.

I'll second this. I stopped there a few years ago and they have so much beer!

This is a fine, fine spot to grab bottles and cans - anything in distribution in Ohio is typically in the store. They also offer taps for growler pours, and events from time to time. Add to this a store that is unique in its scope, with huge halls of food from literally dozens of countries, and you have a superb destination.

My brother lives in Cincinnati, so it is easy for me to drive the 15 minutes to get my fix whenever I'm in town.

I'm originally from Columbus, IN and pass through CIncy all the time on the way back to the motherland from Eastern PA. JJ's is always a "must" stop for us, absolutely love that place! I always get lost in their "Ohio beer" section, a great selection of wine and spirits, not to mention some of the coolest bathroom doors (weird to mention that, I know and one of the cleanest bathrooms around) ... pretty funny!

Oh, and foods from all over the world too. That place is crazy cool and so jealous of anyone who lives local to there!

Yep. JJ's is like a 20 min drive from my folks place in West Chester. Besides having shitloads of beer, JJ's has a good international selection of food stuffs. I need to spend some time checking out all the cheeses they have. Again, a really nice beer selection and lots of Rhinegeist.

Ed Vinson has been and hopefully continues to be, the inspiration and spirit of quality, variety, and the education of so many craft beer enthusiasts over the years at Jungle Jims.
