Anyone ever brew with these. Some at knockout. Using branches only no berries. No idea of quantity to use. Thinking 4 ounces in mash.
For myself, using the new buds off of spruce trees works well. Actual branches,??? I’d think big tannic taste. Start with small amounts and judge the taste. Have fun
